QC Protocol
4-Stage Quality Inspection
Our quality inspection process is executed by 15 certified QC inspectors utilizing high-precision testing equipment.
01 Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
We test all incoming electrical components, LCD/LED display screens, shell materials, and microcontrollers. Only certified components enter our SMT and injection molding lines.
02 In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During SMT and assembly, we run functional tests on button response, time accuracy, buzzer volume, temperature/humidity sensor calibration, and display segment completeness.
03 Finished Goods Quality Inspection (FQC)
100% of finished products undergo a 24-hour running aging test to verify long-term stability. Cosmetic audits are conducted to filter out any scratches or assembly gaps.
04 Pre-Shipment Inspection (QA/OQC)
Prior to container loading, random sampling is conducted based on AQL 1.5/4.0 standards. We verify shipping marks, barcode scanning, drop-test performance, and export carton sealing.
